On Taco Bell's own menu, both versions cost $5.99. Taco Bell says prices vary by location, and delivery apps charge more. Here is what we found on October 24, 2026:

What are Double Dipping Burritos?

Taco Bell's menu describes them as "a set of two snack-sized burritos" rolled up and grilled. Each order has:

• Two mini burritos with grilled, marinated steak or slow-roasted chicken, avocado ranch sauce and a melted three-cheese blend
• One Split Dip Cup, a two-sided cup with Spicy Ranch on one side and a crunchy, seasoned mix of crushed tortilla chips and cheddar cheese crispies on the other

The idea is to dip the burrito in the ranch, then into the crunchy side, so every bite gets sauce and crunch. Sporked calls the Split Dip Cup the best part, but says its lid stayed sealed only about half the time.

Double Dipping Burritos calories

Taco Bell lists 620 calories for one order of either version. The Split Dip Cup (Spicy Ranch and cheddar crispies) is 230 calories of that, so the two burritos alone are about 390 calories.

Taco Bell has not posted a full nutrition breakdown, like protein or sodium, on the item page yet.

Steak or chicken?

Both cost the same. Sporked, which tried both (Taco Bell sent a gift card), gave the item 9 out of 10 and preferred the steak. Its reviewer liked the slow-roasted chicken on its own but said it did not fit this format as well.

Are Double Dipping Burritos new?

Yes, in this form. Taco Bell sold Cheesy Dipping Burritos nationwide from January 16, 2025: two mini burritos joined by a cheese pull, for $4.99, with your choice of Creamy Chipotle, Nacho Cheese or sour cream for dipping. The new Double Dipping Burritos drop the cheese pull and add the Split Dip Cup.

Taco Bell also tested versions in 2026 before the national launch:

• Charlotte, North Carolina: a test with Chile Lime Crema on one side of the cup and crushed tortilla strips with cotija cheese on the other, for $5.99 to $6.99 (Allrecipes)
• Cleveland, Ohio: a spicy version, earlier this fall (Brand Eating)

How long will they be around?

Taco Bell labels them Limited Time on its menu photos. It has not given an end date. Brand Eating first reported them at participating restaurants nationwide on October 16, 2026.
