Ordering on delivery? The Uber Eats menus we checked for Taco Bell in Miami and near Chicago did not list the Crunchadilla. Order it in the Taco Bell app or at the counter. Tasting Table also warns the crispy shell gets soggy in delivery, so it's best eaten fresh.
What is a Crunchadilla?
Think of it as a small chicken quesadilla with a crunch inside. Taco Bell folds these into a warm flour tortilla and grills it:
- Grilled chicken
- Three-cheese blend (mozzarella, pepper Jack and cheddar)
- Reduced-fat sour cream
- Creamy Jalapeño Sauce (Classic) or Creamy Sriracha Sauce (Sriracha)
- A crispy tortilla shell. Brand Eating describes it as half a Mexican Pizza shell
It uses a standard-size tortilla, not the bigger one on Taco Bell's regular quesadilla, so it's a snack, not a full meal.
Classic vs Sriracha: which one?
| Classic Chicken | Sriracha Chicken | |
|---|---|---|
| Sauce | Creamy Jalapeño | Creamy Sriracha |
| Heat | Almost none | Noticeable kick |
| Calories | 280 | 280 |
| Fat | 12g | 13g |
| Sodium | 650mg | 660mg |
Tasting Table found the Classic "pretty classic" with almost no heat, and the Sriracha clearly spicier. Sporked said the difference was small. On Reddit, one fan called the Sriracha "the best item they've made in a long time," while another preferred the milder Classic.
Crunchadilla calories and nutrition
Taco Bell lists 280 calories for each. Per Tasting Table and Brand Eating, the Classic has:

| Fat | 12g (saturated 4.5g) |
| Sodium | 650mg |
| Carbs | 27g (sugar 2g) |
| Protein | 15g |
The Sriracha version has about 1g more fat and 10mg more sodium.
Is the Crunchadilla worth it?
Reviews are mixed but mostly positive for the price:
- Sporked: 7.5/10. Good chicken and a strong value item, but the reviewer would pick other items that cost a little more (Taco Bell sent a gift card).
- Tasting Table: would skip both, saying they are not revolutionary.
- Reddit fans: many say three Crunchadillas cost less than one chicken quesadilla at their store. Some wanted more chicken.
