What is Stacker Bread?

Every Sub Stacker comes on Arby's new Stacker Bread, a soft, flat roll baked with a mozzarella topping. Brand Eating says it looks a lot like focaccia, and Sporked says it looks softer and flatter than a classic sub roll. Arby's menu page simply calls it new stacker bread.
Where Arby's is testing Sub Stackers
- St. Louis, Missouri area: all four sandwiches (reported by Brand Eating, Sporked and Quartz)
- Michigan: Portland, Albion and Ionia are named in news reports. The Arby's at 5900 Gull Rd. in Kalamazoo also lists them on Uber Eats. Michigan stores have three sandwiches, with no Sweet 'n Golden Triple Stacker.
- Longmont, Colorado: two Arby's stores (2150 N Main St and 10809 Turner Blvd) list a Sub Stackers section on Uber Eats, with three sandwiches. No news report has named Colorado yet, but the store menus show it is part of the test.
